When you train to get your computer support certificate, you'll gain knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computing devices, as well as communication and critical thinking skills.

Upon successful completion of the computer support certificate program, you'll be prepared to take the CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certifications to boost your knowledge and job marketability.
