He resides in rural Knox County, where he enjoys raising Angus cattle on a small farm with his parents. Eric welcomes the opportunity to connect with Sandburg alumni, friends and supporters to collaborate and partner in making a lasting impact on the lives of students.

Employing her skills in business management and her love for Sandburg, Kassidy creates positive relationships with students and donors while expanding the reach of the scholarship program.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Lucas spent most of his career as a collegiate soccer coach, running the women’s soccer programs at Bryant & Stratton College then Monmouth College from 2017-2026. He resides in Rock Island, IL, with his wife Allie, his 3-year-old daughter Monroe and rescue dog Daisy. Lucas is excited for the opportunity to connect with Sandburg alumni and supporters, and to help elevate the Chargers athletics experience for student-athletes.
