Carrie serves as the chief academic officer of the college and is responsible for the quality of academic programs; provides professional development, support programs and opportunities for full-time and adjunct faculty; and acts as a liaison between the president and the faculty as well as the academic services staff.

Michelle provides leadership for institution-wide accreditation, grants, data reporting/research, planning and professional development and is responsible for human resources, the business office, technology services, physical plant, food service and bookstore operations, and she serves as Title IX coordinator.
